Pumpkin is rich in vitamins and microelements, making it one of the top three healthiest vegetables. It is used in various industries, including the food sector, children’s nutrition, HoReCa, and more.
Class A products is pumpkin cubes measuring 10×10 mm are selected, free from deformations. These are intended for retail networks, food production, and the HoReCa segment.
Class B products may contain deformed pumpkin particles. They are used in the food industry and the HoReCa segment for further processing.
The harvest is collected in environmentally clean regions of central Ukraine. Before it enters production, the raw material undergoes all necessary laboratory analyses to check for pesticides or heavy metals. We prioritize quality control at every production stage to guarantee the quality and benefits of our products.
The first step in pumpkin processing is cleaning and slicing. After this, the pumpkin is frozen at -30°C. We use IQF freezing technology, allowing us to preserve the flavor and all the beneficial properties of the product. To select products of Class A and Class B, the pumpkin undergoes three stages of sorting. We have three lines for mechanical and manual sorting of raw materials at our production facilities, and two optical sorters, Buhler Sortex, to create the highest-quality products.
Upon request, we offer packaging in sizes ranging from 300 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 2.5 kg to 10 kg boxes and 25 kg bags, as well as octabins. For Private Label, we can provide packaging in polyethylene and polypropylene bags of any available size and design.
The minimum order quantity is 20 tons, pricing depends on the volume and logistics. We can arrange delivery to any country in Europe and Asia according to Inconterms 2010.
